I'm Dr. Dina Rabin, a licensed psychologist located in Westchester, New York.

My areas of clinical focus include sport psychology, life transitions, college and young adulthood, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and substance and alcohol use.

I work with late adolescents and adults to improve their quality of life by addressing mental health concerns. I strive to facilitate growth, self-understanding, and overall life satisfaction for my clients.

As a Sport Psychologist, I help athletes become the best version of themselves on and off the field.

As one of the few psychologists with a specialization in sport, I help athletes of all levels explore concerns related to performance, athletic identity, injury, and retirement from sport. For some, this includes learning to cope with general mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. For others, this includes addressing perfectionism, burnout, coping, conflict and relationships.

In addition, I work with families, coaches, schools, and other individuals who are involved, but do not directly participate, in sports.
